Among the spotlighted products was the DT820 twin boom hydraulic tunnelling jumbo, designed for road, rail, and hydro tunnels (now proudly produced at Sandvik's newly established plant in Hinjewadi, Pune). It is India's first Made in India jumbo. It lends efficiency and accuracy during excavation, is fast, user-friendly, and produce results with the lowest operational costs.
The DC122R Commando drill rig, a popular choice for surface drilling in road construction, dimensional stone quarries, and the cement industry, was also showcased as part of Sandvik's ‘Make in India’ initiative. Another highlight was the CH660 cone crusher, offering cutting-edge technology.
