Says Deepak Garg, Managing Director, Sany India and South Asia, “We have taken a major lead in the CE Industry to launch biodiesel compliant machines; biodiesel can also replace fossil fuel as a “clean energy source”. We also aim to consolidate our position as a total solutions provider with the introduction of a diverse range of machines for various industries and applications. We have introduced smaller, customized piling rigs with special attachments like CFA and grabs etc, which will deliver less than 30% per meter construction cost. We have entered the booming road and highway construction sector with our pavers and motor graders, and road milling machines designed to offer lower owning and operating costs, and a lot more products. Our objective is to reduce the operating cost for our customers.”
Adds Sanjay Saxena, Senior Vice President & Head of Heavy Equipment Business Unit “We want our customers to benefit with our optimized solutions and are therefore widening our offerings and delivering solutions for multiple applications with both light and high capacity machines. For instance, our hydraulic crawler crane comes with multiple attachments; the standard boom can do general purpose erection and lifting, and also piling jobs with grab attachments.”
Sany India is ramping up its production capacity in India; it will increase its truck crane production to 100 units per month, and double the production of its excavators. Says Dheeraj Panda, Chief Operating Officer (Sales, Marketing & Customer Support), Sany India, “We are ramping up capacity to meet demand in our domestic market and also for exports. We are keen to expand our business in the excavator market with products that can be applied in quarries for mining, for marble and granite block handling, and in construction. Our machines are designed to deliver high productivity with lower operational cost as they have smart, intelligent features, and a robust structure for application in all kinds of jobsites and for durability – all of which give value for money to our customers
