Awersa to Introduce Portable Compact Concrete Plants
AWERSA ENGICON (INDIA) Private Limited, is a sister company of Allen BuildwellPvt Ltd, Mumbai & Radius Equipment Private Limited. PENTA Concrete Plants will now be manufactured, marketed & serviced by AWERSA under license agreement with Allen Buildwell.
Currently: AWERSA have their Head office in Pune and Corporate office in Mumbai. The entire sales & service operations will be controlled and monitored from their new office in Kharghar( Navi Mumbai).
Sales & Service for all equipments sold by AWERSA & ALLEN BUILDWELL will be provided through branch offices based in:
Pune, Nagpur, Kolhapur, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Hyderabad, Mangalore, Bengaluru, Raipur, Bhubaneshwar, New Delhi.
Past: The first PENTA 2000 TS 90 cum-hr Plant was supplied in the year 1995-96, for the Mumbai Pune Expressway Project and PENTA have since earned a reputation for excellent performance and output. The main highlight of PENTA is it's easy to operate and maintain design, supported by low cost spares parts supply directly from OEM's.
Future: will be concrete plants that can be transported in minimum trucks and erected in 2 days and start production. The Plant should be compact and occupy minimum area.
Considering this PENTA are proud to introduce the HIGHLY PORTABLE COMPACT SERIES at the BC India 2013 in Mumbai starting from 5th Feb 2013 to 8th Feb 2013.

PENTA Compact Series
This Semi Portable concrete mixing plant is targeted for users who need to frequently move the Plants. In addition is easy to install and disassemble, it is compact, highly automatic and occupies minimum space.
Specially designed for Canal, Bridges, installing at various large Building projects as a captive Plant which will ensure very little RCC foundation, power requirement, and very quick installation and dismantling.
PENTA Compact Plants are supplied with SICOMA Planetary Pan Mixers & Twin Shaft Mixer for excellent homogeneous mix quality and suitable for low and high slump concrete.
The Plant is currently available in capacity of 20, 30 cum-hr with Planetary Mixer and 60 cum-hr with Twin Shaft Mixer.
