Noida Metro plans extension between sectors and Delhi
The Noida Metro Rail Corporation (NMRC) is set to extend the metro line from Sector 142 to Botanical Garden stations, covering a length of 11.56 km at an estimated cost of Rs 2254.35 crore. The proposal, designed by the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) for NMRC, aims to create a new line connecting the Aqua Line in Noida to the Botanical Garden station in Delhi Metro. The plan includes eight new elevated stations, offering improved connectivity for residents of Noida, Greater Noida, and Delhi. After receiving local and governmental approvals, the project is poised to enhance commuter accessibility in the region.
