What are the challenges in handling big cargos and how do you address them?
One of the biggest challenges is the poorly maintained infrastructure. The roads are not really constructed for handling big/heavy cargos; even the ports, airports and railway stations are not properly maintained. Another concern is of safety and security of breakbulk cargos. Many instances of theft, specially in train and air, have been reported for breakbulk cargos. We have so many government regulations for logistics industry that it leads to delays in the whole supply chain process.
