Our focus is on innovating and introducing products that can compete globally by incorporating advanced technologies and meeting international standards. Our exports have grown by more than 30% this year.

We place emphasis on technologies like AS1 Control Systems, ACE Pro Systems, and burners that can use alternative fuels, including hydrogen. The launch of our products like the fully electric mini tandem roller and high recycling technology asphalt plant reflect our commitment to sustainability alongside technology.

Ammann India incorporates safety features like emergency stop buttons, safety interlocks, and has obtained certifications such as CE to build trust among end-users.

Infrastructure Equipment Skill Council (IESC)

Training and Upskilling

The company’s Ammann Academy conducts training and upskilling of equipment operators. Every year, we release a training calendar which is circulated to all our customers. They nominate their operators, mechanics, supervisors, and engineers to our training programs. We are also a part of the Infrastructure Equipment Skill Council (IESC) through which we offer NSDC certification to our trainees upon successful completion of the course. This ensures that operators are well-versed with the latest technologies for improving overall productivity and efficiency.

Adopting Alternative Fuels

The company is adopting alternative fuels, including hydrogen, for its burners to reduce emissions, and aligning with the construction industry’s sustainability goals and addressing the demand for environmentally friendly practices.

Infrastructure Equipment Skill Council (IESC)

Optimizing equipment utilization

Ammann India optimizes equipment utilization by incorporating intelligent plant control systems with user-friendly interfaces. This ensures that the equipment operates efficiently and contributes to overall project productivity. By embracing connected and digital construction practices and technologies like AS1 Control Systems and ACE Pro Systems, our machines enable remote monitoring, optimization, and contribute to the digitization of construction processes.

Infrastructure Equipment Skill Council (IESC)

Remanufacturing and Refurbishment

Ammann India aligns with circular economy principles by undertaking remanufacturing and refurbishment. This not only contributes to sustainability but also extends the lifespan of equipment, providing cost-effective solutions. We have a full-fledged repair and refurbishment workshop in Chennai and Ditasan, where we can completely strip down the machine and rebuild it. Growing forward, we will add more such workshops.

Infrastructure Equipment Skill Council (IESC)

Outlook for CE Sector in 2024

The outlook for the construction equipment (CE) sector in 2024 is positive, considering the consistent growth observed over the past few quarters. Factors such as increased government initiatives, infrastructure develo- pment, and the upcoming general elections are expected to drive demand. Additionally, the implementation of BS V emission norms aligns with the industry’s environmentally friendly practices.
