We have the capabilities to manufacture any type of Control Panel with the support of our R&D department and testing section for ensuring precision tools and consistent quality.

Gujarat Control Systems is a manufacturer of Electrical Control Panels for all variants and capacities of asphalt batch mix plants, drum mix plants, concrete batch mix plants and brick plants, PCC-MCC control panels, APFC control panels, Main LT control panel, power control panels, etc. The company has in-house design capability for producing panels for asphalt drum mix plants ranging between 120 tph-280 tph and for drum mix plants of 45 to 60 tph. It also supports the installation and commissioning of its panels, which come with a one-year warranty.

Aligning control panels with operating parameters of asphalt batch mix plants

Our panels are fully configured to work with the varied brands of asphalt batch mix plants by aligning the panels with all the major operating parameters of the asphalt batch mix plants. The panels can start the plants and also monitor the temperatures of the asphalt batch mix plants, gauge the performance of the load cells, the drives and motors, and the critical operations of the vibrating screens. All these details of operations are displayed on the panel, based on which the operator can run the plants.

The operating data can also be stored in the panels to facilitate performance analysis of the plants, enabling them to deliver the rated throughput. However, performance of the plants to a major extent depends on the density of the raw material it has to process and the functional mechanism of the plant itself.

Offering retrofitting services

The process of retrofitting (providing a component or a feature not fitted during manufacture) involves a careful balancing of different elements and their effect on the overall performance of the Control Panel System. This service begins with a visit of our team onsite to evaluate customer requirement, following which we do an analysis of the problem. We then undertake pre-assembling and pre-cabling of the control panels at our facility and then install them at the plant. We have done many export orders for retrofitting.

We have the capability to manufacture any type of Control Panel as per client’s specifications and requirement. Our R&D department and testing section ensures precision tools and consistent quality. We are providing our services in Gujarat within one day and anywhere in India within two days only. Our service engineers are available 24x7x365 to assist customers.
