GCAPL is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company that specializes in custom-made control panels for use in various industries.

We have been manufacturing high-quality control panels since 1995. With a strong presence in the automation industry, we have built a wide customer base both within India and internationally. We specialize in custom-made control panels for various industries, including plastic machinery, road construction machinery, rolling mills, material handling equipment, air compressors, and printing and packaging machinery.

In the construction industry, GCAPL’s panels are used in asphalt batching plants, mobile batching, drum mix plants, stationary batching plants, and concrete batching plants. In the furnace and foundry industry, our panels are used in tunnel kilns, curing ovens, and shuttle kilns. In the plastic and packaging industry, they are used in polymer pencil production, bag cutting and stitching, PET extruder, and PVC/CPVC production lines.

GCAPL’s panels are also used in vision systems for label detection and string inspection, as well as plastic profile inspection. In the textile industry, they are used in yarn production, fabric production, finishing, and lab dying machines. We also offer IoT solutions and cloud computing for remote operations, and have completed turnkey projects in material handling and stone cutting.

In addition to our standard offerings, we have the expertise and advanced technology to provide customized systems that meet the specific needs of our customers. Our engineering and design services utilize expert software like EPLAN and AutoCAD, and our team also provides assistance on individual elements of the design process or on a turnkey basis from design to installation.

System integration is a key focus at GCAPL. Our system engineers and manufacturing technicians have extensive experience selecting, configuring, and assembling components to create functional, intelligent control systems that can stand the test of time. Our team is skilled in addressing connectivity and compatibility issues to ensure smooth operation.

For installation and start-up of our products at project sites our master electricians remain onsite until the complete system, including hardware and software, is operating to customers’ satisfaction. Our services include instrumentation, testing, training, and documentation.

Gayatri Control and Automation has a well-equipped infrastructure, including a 7500 sqft panel assembly and testing area and a 2500 sqft office area. The company has a proven track record, with over 3000 successful installations and more than 400 existing clients.
