However, in the medium to long term, the impact will be positive for the industry and we are positive that the industry will pick up pace.

Proman Infrastructure Services is a company formed by a group of professionals with extensive experience and expertise in Crushing, Screening and Grinding systems. We provide services such as selection, manufacture and supply, design and engineering for turnkey projects; project management, after-sales support and supply of spare parts for all these systems.

Crushing and Screening is a unique field, where apart from the equipment and the process involving its application, one has to have control on upstream operations like mining, drilling and blasting. The lowest cost per ton of the final crushed product can be achieved when these are planned together.

The challenge to many quarry owners is to obtain the right quality of aggregates at the right price, and this can only be achieved by having total control on the equipment, process, after-sales and availability of spares. Keeping this in mind, Proman offers the right approach to help contractors and quarry owners. It has a technical collaboration with world leaders with whom we work very closely by providing field inputs as the Indian industry is evolving on a continuous basis. We are able to be way ahead in our product and process expertise in India and also on a global scale by associating with our principals.

Proman is one of the pioneers in innovative crushing solutions. We believe that a well-informed customer can take the best decision, and all our solutions are directed at educating the customer and in helping him take that right decisions when selecting a machine. Customisation and tailor-made solutions are our strengths, and due to our vast experience in the field, we have been very successful and much appreciated by our customers.

We have a well-defined programme to operate any newly installed plant supplied by us for a period of 3-6 months, and we give customers the option to get their operations monitored and developed under our supervision.

Our service engineers are factory-trained for the crusher equipment as well as for the crushing and screening applications. They ensure that our crushing and screening plants are performing at peak productivity rates, and they are always available to help and guide the customers (pan-India), to fine tune the equipment as per the product mix.


Newer plants are moving towards bigger capacities

We launched bigger Jaw Crushers and Cone Crushers to further expand our wide range of Vertical Shaft Impactors. Due to the limitations of effective hours of crushing operations, bigger equipment to sustain productivity in the available time, and being reliable, is the key for crushing and screening plants. Newer plants are already moving towards bigger capacities, and existing plants are augmenting their production by retrofitting and making bigger equipment. Proman has been in the forefront for the supply of both greenfield and retrofitting of existing plants.
