Reliance Infrastructure (RInfra) in a recent official statement has claimed that the player has completed the four-laning of 63 km of the Trichy-Karur road of NH 67 in Tamil Nadu recently. The road stretch, which has been built at a cost of Rs. 732 crore, involved operation and maintenance of the length of the road stretch for the next 30 years, said Chief Executive Officer (Roads), Sudhir R Hoshing, adding that the corridor will see about 15,000 vehicles a day and the number is expected to double in the next four years. With the opening of Trichy-Karur corridor, the company has made operational all its six road projects built on an investment worth Rs.4,000 crore in the state.
