In an attempt to ensure smooth fund flow to its on-going and future infrastructure projects, Ramky Infrastructure, a Hyderabad based concern, is currently negotiating with private equity fund Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners and structured investment group of the Ajay Piramal to sell three of its road assets, entailing an investment of about Rs. 900 crore. The assets include Ramky Elasamex, and Sehore Kosmi Tollways. Ramky and has appointed ICICI Securities as the investment banker for the transaction. The assets have already started generating revenues. Ramky Elsamex, located in Hyderabad, has reported Rs 63.09 crore of annuity income and Sehore Kosmi Tollways is in Madhya Pradesh, while NAM Expressway has its project in Andhra Pradesh, on the Narketpalli- Addanki-Medaramitla route.
