Lodha Kalyan Project Phase 2
Making the most out of the emerging huge future business opportunities in the Mumbai metropolitan city, Lodha Group, in a latest move has launched phase II of Palava City project in the Downtown at Kalyan area, the bustling distant suburb of Mumbai, claimed official sources elaborating that this phase of the mega realty project would house more than 50 towers offering 4,500 residential units with one, two, and three BHK homes, ranging from 800 sq ft to 1,500 sq ft. and commanding a price tag of about Rs 5,700 sq. ft. The project is ideally located at Palava City, which is very near to Kalyan Shil road and is strategically located at the centre of the economic triangle of Navi Mumbai, Thane, and Kalyan and well connected via both railway and road, besides being only 20 minutes away from the upcoming international airport, said development director, Palava City, Shaishav Dharia, claiming that the group aimed at building downtown as a vibrant city centre similar to all great cities like New York, London, and Paris, with buzzing, energetic, and lively place called ‘Downtown’ and command premiums in rental and capital values.
