Catering to the residential market of Hyderabad in the premium segment, which is demanding housing consisting of modern facilities, the Prestige Group is reported to have recently announced its high-rise premium residential project, the Prestige Ivy League, near Kondpur in the state having 349 apartments across three towers, with a combination of two, three and four bedrooms.
“Hyderabad has always been very strong with its quality infrastructure and a strong presence of the service and IT industry. A host of new jobs and opportunities will be created in the city, which would see decent demand in home buying prospects. The city is on a positive growth trajectory,” said Irfan Razack, CMD, Prestige Group.
The 2 BHK units size will have 1,327-1,355 sq ft, the 3 BHKs would be 1,738- 2,051 sq ft and the 4 BHKs would range from 3,031-3,494 sq ft with a base price of around Rs 5,950 per sq ft. Car parking, floor rise charges, east facing premium, power backup, electricity, water and other amenities will be charged separately, with the project being scheduled to be complete in about four years.
The towers would be in a G+24 floors format designed as per vaastu principles to allow use of natural light and ventilation to all apartments. It would be designed with a break between the residential blocks and the clubhouse. Each wing would have access to the central landscape area through ground floor lobbies. Also, Prestige Ivy League would be designed to create a neighbourhood-style environment. The project will have a surface car park, sport facilities and landscape elements like jogging pathways, relaxation zones, kids' play area and festive zones.
And, there will be a swimming pool and a clubhouse, spread across 26,809 sq ft, with a gymnasium, badminton and squash courts, super market, pharmacy, ATM, banquet halls, mini theatre, guest room, spas and indoor game arena. Primary vehicular movement will be restricted to the entry level due to safety and environmental concerns.
