M3M India to invest ₹2,700 cr in 333-acre township project in Panipat
Real estate developer M3M India is set to invest ₹2,700 crore in the development of 'M3M City of Dreams,' a sprawling 333-acre township in Panipat, Haryana. The project, which already holds RERA registration for the entire land parcel acquired at ₹1,500 crore, is expected to be completed within the next 15 to 18 months. Anticipating a topline revenue of ₹5,000 crore, the township comprises 2,100 plots, including expandable villas, uber-luxury floors, farmhouses, retail space, and clubs. Positioned as a hub for luxury living, it is also envisioned as a central point for industries, startups, and prominent national and international brands. Additionally, M3M is gearing up to deliver three more projects, including M3M Atrium57, M3M Solitude, and M3M Lofts74, collectively spanning around four million sq. ft. with an estimated cost of ₹2,000 crore in the next fiscal year.
