CDE Asia Limited has entered into a consultancy partnership

Forming strategic partnerships to enhance operations, services, and product offerings

CDE Asia Limited has entered into a consultancy partnership with MinRizon Projects Pty Ltd, an Australian firm known for its proficiency in leading new project developments, conducting studies, and providing engineering solutions in the mineral processing industry. This alliance aims to leverage our expertise in modular processing technology along with MinRizon's consultancy services to make advancements in mineral processing.

The collaboration also includes Australian consulting engineers MA Deacon Engineers and McDowall Affleck, ensuring project performance aligns with requirements. The focus is on delivering Turnkey Projects and Consulting Services globally, emphasizing quality, customer support, and sustainability in the mineral processing sector.

Earlier this year, we formed a strategic partnership with USA-based Deister Concentrator, a renowned manufacturer of mining and mineral separation equipment. The partnership aims to explore opportunities in the fast-growing Indian market for Deister Concentrator’s products, including their industry leading Concentrating Shaking Tables. This partnership will enhance our capabilities to offer comprehensive solutions to our customers, and we look forward to a successful collaboration.

Adjusting product range to meet changing customer needs and market expectations

Currently, we proudly showcase an impressive track record, having completed over 450 installations across more than 16 countries in the past 17 years. With our new global brand and new set of innovative products, the possibilities are limitless, positioning us to engage with a wider audience and explore promising opportunities on a global scale.

In our efforts to grow, we're adjusting our product range to meet changing customer needs and market expectations. We understand the importance of incorporating advanced technology and improving services while focusing on sustainability, reliability, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles. Recently, we ranked in the Top 6% globally in the Industrial Equipment and Machinery industry by DJSI on the ESG scale.

To continue this progress, we're pursuing several strategic initiatives:

Product Range Expansion: We're investing in new product lines for mineral processing and waste recycling. These additions will address market demands and support our sustainability goals, aligning with responsible mineral processing and waste recycling.

Integrated Processing Solutions: We're developing integrated processing solutions for various minerals, sand, and aggregate. These processes aim to improve performance and efficiency while reducing environmental impact compared to less efficient methods.

Partnerships for Enhanced Capabilities: Exploring global partnerships to enhance our capabilities, we seek collaboration for access to cutting-edge technologies and resources. This allows us to provide innovative and sustainable solutions to our customers and achieve synergies in line with our sustainability and ESG goals.

Our commitment to sustainability, reliability, and ESG principles is unwavering. We believe these principles are crucial for our long-term success and align with the expectations of socially and environmentally conscious consumers and investors. We're dedicated to a responsible and ethical approach in all our endeavors, ensuring our products reflect these values.

Looking ahead, our customers can anticipate an expanded product range integrating the latest technology and sustainability practices, while upholding the high standards of reliability and ethical responsibility that define our business.

Championing the principles of recycle, reuse, and refurbish

The global push for decarbonization and the circular economy has spurred governments to advocate for reduced greenhouse gas emissions and the transformation of waste into valuable resources. CFlo is at the forefront of this movement, actively championing the 3Rs principle—recycle, reuse, and refurbish—asserting that businesses should thrive not in spite of sustainability efforts, but because of them.

In India, a significant sustainability opportunity lies within the construction and real estate sectors. Projections indicate that these sectors will become the world's third-largest construction market by 2025, contributing 13% to the GDP and reaching a substantial market size of US$1 trillion by 2030.

However, the sectors also present a challenge with their current 25% contribution to greenhouse gas emissions. Responding to this urgent call for change, CDE Asia Limited is part of a consortium that includes WRI India, Alliance for an Energy Efficient Economy (AEEE), Mahindra Lifespaces Developers Limited, and EcoCollab. Together, they have introduced the Decarbonisation Business Charter for the construction sector and has pledged its commitment by signing this charter. This underscores our dedication to achieving a net-zero carbon footprint and supporting industry-wide efforts to address climate concerns in the construction sector.

Our commitment to sustainability aligns seamlessly with the charter's objectives, and we eagerly anticipate the transformative journey ahead. Over the past two decades, we have played a pioneering role in creating over 50 million tonnes of manufactured sand capacity, aimed at replacing river sand and meeting 5% of India's total sand requirement. Furthermore, we have established 1,425,000 tonnes of waste recycling capacity across nine cities in India, solidifying our integral role in the nation's sustainable development.

Addressing specific needs and challenges of Indian customers

At CFlo, we're proud of our manufacturing facility in Kolkata, India, where we produce custom equipment solutions of European quality to support our clients' projects. Our production units cover about 1,50,000 square feet, including specialized sections like fabrication, rubber-lining, surface finishing, assembly, and rigorous testing.

We prioritize quality control throughout our processes to ensure every product meets or exceeds industry standards. Holding ISO-9001, ISO-14000, and ISO-45001 certifications underscores our commitment to quality, environmental responsibility, and occupational health and safety.

Our manufacturing process is centered on meeting our clients' unique needs. For local initiatives, we've set up a design center to create tailor-made equipment solutions specifically for the Indian market. We aim to adapt to Indian usage patterns and demands by providing high-quality equipment suited to the specific requirements of our Indian clients. This adaptability helps us align with the local market, ensuring our solutions address the specific needs and challenges of our Indian clientele.

Alongside our manufacturing capabilities, our in-house laboratory, accredited by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR), is equipped for pilot-scale and bench-scale testing. This facility plays a crucial role in conducting feasibility studies of minerals. Through our research and development center, we continuously refine our design and technical processes to ensure top-notch performance and quality in our EPI (Equipment, Process, and Infrastructure) projects.
