Apraava Energy Secures 300MW Wind Energy Contract in Karnataka
Apraava Energy, an integrated green energy solutions provider, has secured a 300 MW wind energy generation contract from the Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) in Aski, Karnataka. Under the agreement, Apraava Energy will be responsible for land acquisition, wind farm development, and grid infrastructure setup up to the metering point at the inter-state transmission system (ISTS) grid substation. The project is part of SECI's 1,200 MW auction capacity for ISTS-connected wind power projects (Tranche-XIV) and is expected to be completed within the stipulated 25-year power purchase agreement period. Apraava Energy aims to maintain the highest operational standards for the project, marking its third wind project in Karnataka. The company's renewable energy portfolio includes projects across Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, and Karnataka.
