Gadkari Inaugurates Nine National Highway Projects in Maharashtra
Union Minister for Road Transport & Highways, Shri Nitin Gadkari, inaugurated six National Highway projects worth ₹3,946 crore in Ahmedpur and three National Highway projects worth ₹122.9 crore in Dharashiv, Maharashtra. Among the projects inaugurated are the 4-laning of the Ausa-Chakur section and the Chakur-Loha section on National Highway 361, aimed at enhancing connectivity between the Marathwada and Vidarbha regions of Maharashtra. Additionally, strengthening work on the Ashta mode to Ashta and Tivatgyal to Malkapur section on National Highway 63 has been completed, contributing to smoother and safer traffic flow in the area. These initiatives underscore the government's commitment to improving road infrastructure for enhanced connectivity and safety in Maharashtra.
