RLDA invites bids for Rs 4,700-cr redevelopment of New Delhi Railway Station
The Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) has initiated the bidding process for the redevelopment of New Delhi railway station on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) mode at Rs 4,700 crore.
The project's scope includes survey, investigations, layout, and structural designs for the redevelopment. It encompasses civil works, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works for the station building, and associated infrastructure such as dedicated access roads (elevated/at-grade), multi-modal transit hub (MMTH) buildings, and development of the surrounding circulation area.
Bids submission deadline is 29 September 2023.
