RLDA invites bids for leasing 36,458.18 sqm railway land in Dibrugarh
The Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) has initiated the bidding process for leasing out 36,458.18 square meters of prime railway land in Naliapool Railway Colony, Dibrugarh. The land, situated in the heart of the city and valued at INR 31 crores, is earmarked for a residential cum commercial development project under a 99-year lease.
The total area of the colony is 50,113.54 sqm, with 11,944.49 sqm reserved for the redevelopment of existing Railway Colony quarters.
