Alkraft provides Radiator & Oil cooler for Engine & Powertrain

Alkraft
Alkraft, Basil Siddeeqi - Managing Director

We are serving many global construction and industrial OEMs with our technology capabilities and process efficiencies. Our proprietary high performance core geometries and long-life materials are benchmarked to global standards.

Alkraft specializes in a wide range of Thermal Management products for engine and powertrain cooling. Our expertise covers radiators, charge air coolers, oil coolers, cooling system modules and other heat exchangers for a wide variety of applications. In the evolving landscape of electric vehicles and alternative energy products, we provide innovative solutions that include Battery Thermal Management Systems (BTMS), Cold Plates, and Traction Motor and Power Electronics Cooling Systems.

While our presence is strong in the CNG sector, we’re currently developing advanced solutions for Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles (FCEVs) and Hydrogen Combustion Vehicles.

Innovating for globally competitive products

Alkraft
We are developing advanced products that will bring greater reliability, fuel efficiency, and lower maintenance of the equipment. All these aspects are very important for customers to achieve success in their business. Our aim is to ensure that our products deliver sustainable competitive advantage to our customers, irrespective of which markets they are in.

We have led the transition from copper/brass and steel heat exchangers to brazed aluminum heat exchangers starting with automotive, and followed by defence, agricultural, industrial, and construction equipment. Our proprietary high performance core geometries and long life materials have enabled class leading performance, reliability and durability in our products. Our products undergo performance and accelerated life tests, and are validated and benchmarked to global standards.

Adopting technologies and sustainability

Over the years, we have pioneered a number of technologies that have gone on to become the industry standard. The agility built into our organization, combined with continuous feedback and interaction with our customers, has enabled us to drive positive change. We have always been well ahead of the curve as far as technology adoption is concerned.

Before integrating any new technology in our products and processes, our teams assess their risks and benefits for multiple parameters both at the component level and also at the system level.

Bringing value additions to enhance brand value

Our products offer the best performance-to weight ratio and reliability with their new-gen Tube and fin geometries. We iterate and model for thermal performance using CFD tools and use CAE techniques to design for better structural durability. We design and manufacture customized heat exchangers in different shapes to suit specific applications and space constraints. Our technology capabilities and process efficiencies, honed by our experience in the highly demanding defence and automotive industries, have helped us in serving global construction and industrial OEMs. Value engineering is a continuous endeavor to help deliver competitive advantages to customers.

We are strategizing to increase sales and expand our markets through exports, the secondary market, and by adding more products to our portfolio. We have a very strong product pipeline that covers a broad range of application areas and technologies. We are currently serving many marquee export customers and are in discussions with many others.

We have three plants and an R&D Centre in India, and are looking to add more capacity as and when demand dictates. In terms of quality, we are IATF 16949 and ISO 45001 certified.
