TH COMPANY
TH COMPANY, Satyabrata Misra - Country Manager

We have over 50 years of experience in all types of processing facilities across the world, with solutions that include washing, lamella cum paste thickening for atleast 90% water recovery, local manufacturing using European technology, and delivering the promised plant performance.

TH COMPANY, an international industrial company, opened a subsidiary office in Kolkata in 2020. It offers rocks, minerals and waste processing solutions for the mining, industrial minerals, aggregates, and environment industries. A key area of its operation is sand washing, employing a wet vibrating screen, hydrocyclone, hydrosizer, and dewatering screen.

Higher water recovery, smaller footprint

TH COMPANY
TH COMPANY takes a revolutionary approach based on its extensive worldwide experience in implementing turnkey sand washing plants through a unique high-capacity sand washing plant that not only meets production requirements, but also reduces the footprint, while improving the washing process.

Its 250-tph sand washing plant for Concrete & Plaster Sand Production has been designed to wash crushed granite dust and produce two types of sand: Plaster & Manufactured Sand, simultaneously. The plant´s production can be adjusted with a weigh feeder that allows an exact control of product feed.

Unlike other washing plants, the one designed by TH COMPANY includes two separate washing and desliming processes to ensure better washing, increase plaster sand quality, and allow a higher sand recovery. The first process washes and sizes the incoming crusher dust through a classifying screen, and afterwards clay and silt are removed through TH hydrocyclone technology, which provides unparalleled control of silt cut points, being able to achieve cut points even lower than 75 µm. The final product is dewatered in a dewatering screen before being stockpiled.

TH COMPANY is supplying end-to-end solutions that include efficient washing, lamella cum paste thickening for more than 90% water recovery, local manufacturing using European technology, and delivering promised plant performance, and prompt service with low-operating cost.

Improved performance with advanced technologies

TH COMPANY has introduced the following key technologies in its sand washing (aggregate washing) plant to achieve more reliability.

Weigh Feeders: Weigh Feeders in the plant enable operators to have accurate information of feed tonnage going into the plant which helps to set the washing plant operating parameters accordingly. Also, the operator can understand whether the plant is running at rated capacity or not.

Lamella cum Deep Cone Paste thickener: Water, a scarce commodity, is required for washing in sand plants, also incurring heavy cost in extracting and lowering water levels in the area. To minimize water loss, paste thickener of TH recycles maximum water and discharges thick sludge which can be directly disposed off in mines or pits.

Hydrocylcone Technology: This unique in-house patented design of TH Hydrocyclones can achieve a separation cut point of 53 microns efficiently, resulting in higher quality sand recovery, giving huge benefits to customers and the environment.

Wear Lining: Wearing of equipment body due to continuous operation and attrition leads to reduced life of equipment. TH Equipment’s structures are rubber/ceramic lined in wear zones to protect the system and offer reduced maintenance time and longer life to the equipment.

 higher capacity standalone plants

Advantages of higher capacity standalone plants upto 300TPH in single set up

The bigger plants offered by TH include the following benefits:
  • Lower manpower requirement.
  • Less area required for plant.
  • Higher productivity less Opex.
  • Easy handling of raw material and product handling.
  • Lesser number of equipment means lesser maintenance worries.

Innovation & solution-oriented plants

TH customizes plants are per customers feed and product requirement. Customers’ inputs are taken into account for plant design, layout, and product quality requirements. Bigger and critical motors are offered with variable frequency drive to adjust plant operation as per feed conditions, to achieve power efficiency and reduce cost of power for the customer.

MCC cum PLC panels are inbuilt with smart system to remotely monitor the performance of plant and troubleshooting. Ease of operation of plant for customer is highly prioritized at TH. The company spends 3% of its annual turnover on R&D to improve and develop new products. All the manufacturing is inspected by an independent, third-party inspection company at every stage of development and before dispatch.
