HIMUDA gets approval for Rs 1,373-cr project in Shimla
The Himachal Pradesh Housing and Urban Development Authority (HIMUDA) has secured approval to acquire land for the development of a new township called ‘Mountain City’ on the outskirts of Shimla, involving an investment of Rs. 1,373 crore. This new township will be situated near Jubbar-Hatti Airport in the suburbs of Shimla. This initiative aims to tackle the problem of congestion in Shimla, and promote economic growth and employment opportunities. The ‘Mountain City’ project, will offer an ultra-modern township equipped with cutting-edge infrastructure and advanced seismic technology.
