NDMC sets up Preservation Committee for G-20 Summit
The New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) has taken proactive measures to preserve the aesthetic enhancements implemented for the G-20 Summit in the district. NDMC's Vice-Chairman Satish Upadhyay informs this. Among the various assets commissioned for the summit, it has been revealed that 35 fountains are now under the direct purview of two executive engineers. Over 100,000 potted plants are strategically positioned throughout the city and will remain in their current locations. To ensure their continued well-being and preservation, a contingent of 30 to 35 security personnel has been deployed.
