The announcement comes as Forbes Global Properties revealed its expansion into the Indian real estate sector, offering brokerage services for luxury homes. CEO Michael W Jalbert emphasized India's stature as a major economy and market, underscoring the firm's commitment to cater to clients seeking luxury properties.
In collaboration with landowners, the firm intends to execute two projects spanning 10 million square feet each in Mumbai and Delhi. Additionally, it is exploring opportunities for a residential project in Goa covering 10 lakh square feet.
